🌏 When Humanity Forgot the Law of One
There are many forces that have long divided the human collective — our group identities, the colour of our skin, religion, wealth, education, geography, physical appearance, political beliefs, and even our professions or positions of power.
The illusion of separation runs deep. It has shaped societies, fuelled wars, and justified inequality for thousands of years. Yet at its root, all separation is simply a forgetting — a forgetting that we are One, threads of the same Divine tapestry, temporarily playing different roles.
Today, this illusion continues to manifest in countless ways across the world.
Economic gaps between the rich and the poor have widened, deepening feelings of inequality and disconnection. Political polarisation — the “right” versus the “left” — creates tension and mistrust as differing ideologies and values pull communities apart. Socio-cultural divides emerge between generations, genders, races, and religions, as each group views change through its own lens.
Even global events such as the COVID-19 pandemic have become flashpoints for discord, revealing how easily humanity can cling to conflicting beliefs. What could have united the world in compassion and cooperation instead became a mirror reflecting our contrasting values and fears. Some saw public-health measures as acts of care, while others viewed them as threats to freedom — showing how one shared experience can still divide us when separation consciousness leads the way.
Several factors magnify these fractures: systemic inequality, declining trust in institutions such as government and media, and the rise of social media “echo chambers” — online spaces that reinforce existing beliefs and amplify anger or fear instead of understanding. Public crises and political instability further intensify this sense of division, leaving many feeling hopeless, unheard, and disconnected from one another.
And while much of humanity’s focus has been on divisions within our own species, there is another, often overlooked, separation that runs even deeper — the divide between the Human Kingdom and the Animal, Plant, and Mineral Kingdoms.
Humanity has long regarded members of these sacred realms as inferior, labelling them as resources, stock, or commodities to be used, rather than honouring them as conscious, intelligent and sacred expressions of the same Divine Life.
The trees that give us breath, the minerals that form the bones of the Earth, and the animals that share this planet with us — all have been treated as possessions rather than kin. Yet they, too, are part of the great web of Creation, each fulfilling a sacred role in maintaining planetary harmony and balance.
To truly heal separation, we must remember that Unity Consciousness extends beyond humanity — it embraces every living and non-living being that forms the body of Mother Earth herself.
Beyond all these divisions — human or planetary — a higher truth is waiting to be remembered: these separations are not our natural state.
They are the result of collective amnesia, a temporary veil that has made us forget our shared Source or Origin.
When we remember who we truly are — One Consciousness expressing through many forms — the illusion of separation begins to dissolve, and the path to Unity opens.

🌏 The Mirror of Society
One of the clearest reflections of our collective evolution is how we treat one another — and all forms of life that share this planet with us. Every culture, policy, and daily interaction acts as a mirror, showing us how much love, empathy, and consciousness humanity currently embodies.
How a society treats its weakest members — the young, the poor, the sick, the elderly, the voiceless — reveals the level of compassion guiding its heart. A truly evolved civilisation does not measure success by wealth, technology, or power, but by how gently it cares for its most vulnerable.
The same principle applies to how we treat animals, trees, rivers, and the Earth herself.
They are not lifeless resources to be used, but sacred extensions of the same Source that animates us.
When we exploit or destroy nature for profit, we are, in truth, wounding our own body — for humanity and Earth are one organism, breathing together.
As we learn to observe society through this lens, we begin to see that every act of cruelty, inequality, or environmental harm is not merely an external problem — it is a reflection of the inner separation still present within human hearts.
The wars, pollution, and injustices outside are simply mirrors of the wars, imbalances, and illusions we have yet to heal within.
💡 Healing begins when we stop looking “out there” for who to blame and start looking “in here” for where love has yet to be remembered. 💡

🌏 The Body of Earth
Let us use the human body as a living metaphor for our planet.
The human body has an innate intelligence that constantly strives to maintain homeostasis — a natural state of balance that allows us to experience optimum health.
Within this perfect design, cells form tissues, tissues form organs, and organs work together in harmony to sustain the whole. This nested structure allows each part to serve a unique and essential purpose within the greater organism.
In much the same way, Earth is a living body.
The lakes, rivers and oceans are her blood. 🎵
The air and trees are her breath. 🎵
The fire within her core — and within our spirit — is her life force. 🎵
(As the song Mama by Sam Garrett so beautifully reminds us.)
When we begin to treat the Earth as our own body, we remember the sacred truth of interconnection: what affects one, affects all.
Imagine if a cluster of cells within the liver decided to hoard more nutrients for themselves — believing they were more important than the heart or kidneys.
The balance of the whole body would begin to collapse.
The liver may then suffer from toxicity or excess, while the heart or kidneys may fall into deficiency or insufficiency. Prolonged states of either condition disrupt homeostasis — the equilibrium that keeps the entire organism healthy — and in time, disease arises.

This is what happens when humanity, as individual “cells” of Earth, competes for resources, power, profits, or dominance. The planetary body becomes sick, and all of us feel the effects.
When the Earth’s ecosystems fall out of balance, the effects ripple through humanity — rising temperatures, polluted air filled with toxins, contaminated water, food shortages, and waves of emotional distress and physical dis-ease. A recent example came from the United States, where several states were warned to stay indoors due to dangerously high levels of toxic air particles linked to cancer and respiratory conditions. (Source: Americans in multiple states warned to stay inside as air fills with toxins linked to cancer)
What we call “climate change” or “crisis” is, at its core, the body of Earth communicating its distress — reflecting humanity’s own imbalance and disconnection.
When the planet suffers, so do we, for we are cells within the same living organism.
Healing the Earth, therefore, begins with restoring balance, cooperation, and respect — both within ourselves and within the living systems that sustain us.
When we live in harmony with the Earth, honouring her as sacred and alive, we realign with the natural intelligence that guides all life.
In remembering our oneness with the planet — and with All That Is — we return to the Divine Rhythm of Creation itself, where life supports life, and love restores all.

🌏 The Law of One
The Law of One is the foundation of all creation — the truth that everything in existence is connected, because everything is One. It is the heartbeat of the universe, the underlying current that moves through every soul, every planet, every atom of light and matter.
It is not just an abstract concept or a distant ideal to reach for — it is the living rhythm of energy itself.
Every thought, every emotion, every breath and exchange flows through this same divine current of Oneness, weaving all life together in one infinite dance of creation.
This sacred law reminds us: As within, so without. As above, so below.
What we do, give, or withhold from others, we do, give, or withhold from ourselves. Every thought, emotion, and action ripples through the unified field of consciousness and eventually returns to its source — always.
When we extend kindness, that vibration returns as kindness. When we inflict harm, the same energy finds its way back to us, perhaps in this lifetime or another, so that we may experience what we have created. This is not punishment; it is Divine balance — the Universe gently teaching us the truth of Oneness through the mirror of experience.
The Law of One operates beyond belief or religion; it is simply how energy moves — in perfect loops of balance and reciprocity, always seeking harmony.
What we sow, we inevitably reap — for we are both the sower and the field.
Imagine withholding compassion from another soul who is struggling. In doing so, we strengthen the vibration of judgment within the collective — and within ourselves. Later, we may find ourselves in situations where we need assistance or crave understanding, only to be met with the same lack of empathy we once expressed. This is the universe reflecting our own energy back — not as punishment, but as an opportunity for remembrance and growth.
Likewise, when we uplift others, speak truth with love, or act with integrity even when unseen, we elevate the frequency of the whole. That energy must — by the very nature of Oneness — return to us in ways we may never anticipate.
The Law of One reminds us that there is no “other”.
There is only the One Life, expressing itself in infinite forms.
What we deny another — love, joy, peace, abundance — we deny to ourselves.
And what we gift another, we also gift to the Divine within.
When lived consciously, this Law transforms how we speak, create, consume, and connect.
We begin to see every person, every creature, and every moment as part of ourselves — and compassion becomes not a moral choice, but a natural state of being.
To live by the Law of One is to remember that love is the only true power, and unity the only real path forward.

🌏 Why This Matters Now
We are living in a time of great revealing — a moment when humanity is being shown both its light and its shadow. The cracks in our systems, relationships, and beliefs are not signs of failure, but invitations to heal. Each division that surfaces is an opportunity to choose again — to respond with understanding instead of judgment, with unity instead of fear.
Every thought, word, and action contributes to either the healing or the deepening of separation.
Each time we judge another’s path, close our hearts, or react with anger, we reinforce the illusion of “us versus them.”
But when we choose empathy over ego, Presence over reaction, and Truth spoken with love over silence born of fear — we begin to anchor Unity Consciousness into the collective field.
Humanity stands at a crossroads.
We can continue to replay the cycles of conflict, competition, and control that have shaped our past — or we can birth a new reality based on compassion, cooperation, and conscious creation.
The next thousand years of Earth’s evolution are being written by the choices we make today — moment by moment, thought by thought.
So, the question becomes:
Will we continue to live from separation consciousness, repeating the same stories of suffering and division?
Or will we rise together — awakening as co-creators of a world rooted in love, equality, freedom, and truth?
The direction of humanity’s next chapter is not determined by governments, religions, or systems — it is determined by each of us, through the frequency we hold and the way we live every day.

🌏 Notice How Separation is Showing Up in Your Life
Before humanity can heal the greater divisions of the world, each of us must first notice where separation still lives within.
Healing the collective begins by healing the individual — one heart, one thought, one choice at a time.
Pause for a moment and reflect:
Where do you still feel “separate” — from others, from nature, or even from your own heart?
Are there people or groups you find yourself judging, resenting, or feeling superior or inferior to?
Do you ever feel unloved, unworthy, or disconnected from the flow of Life itself?
As a starseed or lightworker, do you truly feel at home on Earth — or do you sometimes sense a quiet separation from the rest of humanity, not because you cannot understand them, but because you do?
💛 Separation does not only appear as conflict between nations or social groups — it shows up in subtle ways:
• the quiet comparison between ourselves and others — or between the people we know; for instance, comparing one child to another, or our own children to someone else’s, based on their talents, grades, achievements, or personalities.
• the fear of not belonging — feeling that we must change who we are to be accepted, or silencing our truth to fit into a group, relationship, or workplace, forgetting that true belonging can only exist where authenticity is welcomed.
• the resistance to forgive — holding onto resentment, anger, or the desire to be “right,” not realising that forgiveness frees us first, dissolving the energetic cords that keep old wounds alive.
• the belief that we must compete to be valued — striving to prove our worth by doing more, achieving more, or being “better” than others, when in truth, our value has always been inherent, unmeasurable, and unchanging.
• the lens of judgment through which we evaluate others — by their appearance, wealth, popularity or social status, the brands they wear, the cars they drive, the suburbs they live in, the schools or colleges they attended, their professions, or their level of education — all the standards that have long divided humanity into classes and groups.

• the tendency to perceive others through the filter of our own preferences and values — if we are hardworking, we may look down upon those who seem lazy; if we’re highly disciplined, we may criticise those who live more freely; if we are outgoing, we may misjudge those who prefer solitude; if we are logical, we may dismiss those who are emotional; and if we see time as money — something never to be wasted — we may judge those with a more relaxed relationship to time, who move through life as though there is always enough.
• the subtle disconnection within our collective consciousness — between animal suffering and the products we consume. When we see neatly packaged meats displayed in stores, it’s easy to forget that those once came from living beings who breathed, felt pain, and longed for life. Most of us no longer make this association; instead, we think of nourishment, family meals, or comfort foods — unaware of the unseen energetic codes of suffering embedded within what we consume. Yet in truth, every being — human or animal — is part of the same sacred web of life. Remembering this connection invites us to consume more consciously, with gratitude and reverence for all who share this Earth with us.
💛 Separation also appears when we blame others for the problems that surface in our personal & collective reality — forgetting that the outer world merely mirrors the consciousness of the inner.
A clear example of this collective projection occurred recently during the March for Australia protests, sparked by the housing crisis and rising cost of living. The demonstrations, which took place across several Australian cities, reflected growing unease about perceived mass immigration. Many commentators observed that, beneath the surface, the movement was driven more by fear and frustration than by true understanding or dialogue.
Yet it is important to remember that Australia is, historically speaking, a nation of migrants. Unless one belongs to the Indigenous community — the Aboriginal peoples of this land — every Australian is either a migrant or a descendant of migrants. The country’s cultural richness and economic strength were built by people who once arrived from elsewhere, seeking safety, opportunity, or a better life.
In truth, this response reveals how deeply division still runs. In prosperous times, migrants have helped grow Australia’s economy, filled skill shortages, paid taxes, and enriched its cultural fabric. But in more challenging times, these same groups were blamed for collective hardships — a reflection of humanity’s deeper tendency to project inner fear outward rather than heal it within.
💛 Separation also exists on an energetic level.
We can unknowingly distance ourselves from the very frequencies we wish to attract. For instance, someone desiring abundance might subconsciously hold beliefs in lack or unworthiness — energies that keep them vibrationally separate from prosperity.
The same applies to manifesting happiness, peace, harmonious relationships, or fulfilling work: when our inner vibration is out of alignment with what we wish to create, we block it from entering our reality.
To bridge that gap, we must become the energy we wish to experience or receive.
Aligning our thoughts, emotions, and actions with love, gratitude, and trust naturally draws in experiences that mirror those states.
💡 Unity Consciousness begins not only with seeing ALL as ONE with us, but also with recognising that our inner world and outer world are one continuous Field of Creation. 💡
What we currently witness globally mirrors the energies we collectively hold.
On a macro level, we often see conflict, division, and fear; yet on a micro level, we often glorify these same energies through the movies we watch, the games we play, and the stories we tell.
Much of what we call “entertainment” subtly normalises separation & desensitises compassion.
Just as what we watch and listen to shapes our emotional vibration, what we eat also carries an energetic imprint that influences our inner state.
When we consume foods that hold the energies of fear or suffering — such as those taken from animals raised or slaughtered in pain — those vibrations don’t simply disappear once ingested. They merge with our own, weaving into our energy field and resonating through mind, body, and spirit.
Over time, this can make us more energetically attuned to — and unconsciously accepting of — the cruelty, fear, pain, and violence we see reflected in the world around us, because we are carrying, resonating, and vibrating with similar frequencies through the foods we consume.
What we accept in imagination — or through consumption — becomes vibration in reality, for energy always responds to us. And gradually, without realising it, we may begin to perceive cruelty, fear, and suffering as “normal,” something expected or inevitable as long as it isn’t happening to us.
This quiet desensitisation is one of the subtle ways separation takes root — not through malice, but through numbness.
And like the butterfly effect, every thought, feeling, action, and intention we hold sends ripples into the greater whole — shaping the world we all share.

When enough people hold fear, anger, or separation in their hearts, that energy manifests as collective struggle. Likewise, as more of us choose love, compassion, and understanding, the outer world begins to shift in response.
We don’t need to be humanitarians to “heal the world". 🎵
We don’t need to join the Red Cross or volunteer for World Vision to “make it a better place — for you and for me, and the entire human race”. 🎵
True change begins within.
When we heal ourselves, realign our lives, and embody the higher vibrations of Love, Compassion, Freedom, Peace, Truth, and Integrity, the ripple naturally expands outward — reflected in the world around us.
✨ Reality is not happening to us — it’s responding to us. ✨
And awareness is the first act of healing.
When we see separation clearly, without judgment, it loses its power over us.
Each time we choose to return to Presence — to breathe, soften, and remember your shared essence with all life — we dissolve another thread of the illusion and strengthen the fabric of Unity.
The more individuals awaken to this truth, the faster the collective vibration rises.
And through that inner shift, peace becomes not just a vision — but a living reality.

🌏 How to Be an Agent of Peace & Unity
Healing separation begins with small, intentional choices — made in the present moment. We don’t need grand gestures to uplift humanity; every loving thought, every compassionate response, every act of integrity sends ripples through the unified field.
When you witness conflict, judgment, or fear — whether online, in conversation, or within your own mind — pause and breathe.
In that sacred pause lies the power to choose a higher vibration.
Here are ways to embody Unity Consciousness in daily life:
🕊️ Respond, don’t react. Before speaking or acting, take a breath. Reaction feeds the old energy of division; response guided by love dissolves it.
🕊️ Listen to understand, not to win. True listening is an act of love. When you genuinely hear another — especially someone with different beliefs — you expand the collective heart.
🕊️ Speak truth with compassion. Truth without kindness wounds; kindness without truth enables illusion. The balance of both opens hearts and heals.
🕊️ Celebrate diversity. Unity does not mean sameness. Honour differences as the many notes in the symphony of Creation. Every culture, voice, and perspective enriches the whole.
🕊️ Hold neutrality in chaos. When emotions run high — in the world, or in your own life — become the calm centre. Your grounded presence anchors stability in the collective field.
🕊️ Bless what triggers you. Triggers are teachers showing where love has yet to flow. When you meet discomfort with curiosity instead of resistance, healing begins.
🕊️ Consciously create. Be mindful of what you energise with your attention — the foods you consume, the news you watch, the conversations you join, the thoughts you repeat. Where focus goes, energy flows. Choose to feed peace.
🕊️ Reconnect with the natural world. Spend time with trees, animals, rivers, and stones. Feel their harmony and allow it to realign your vibration. Take the time to truly connect with the animals we label as “livestock” — to see how gentle, kind, full of life, and quietly wise they are. Remember, you are part of the same living web.
Each of these small acts strengthens the grid of light surrounding Earth.
Through awareness, presence, and compassion, you become a stabilising force — a living bridge between Heaven and Earth.
Being an agent of peace does not mean avoiding the world’s pain; it means meeting it with consciousness.
It is the sacred art of holding your light steady while keeping your heart open — embodying both strength and tenderness, the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine, in perfect balance.

In this way, every moment becomes sacred service.
Through you, Unity Consciousness finds expression — not as an idea, but as a living frequency that heals, uplifts, and inspires.
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________
🌏 Healing the Fractured Whole
Imagine humanity as a great jigsaw puzzle — billions of unique, radiant pieces scattered across the table of creation. Each of us holds one piece. And together, we form the masterpiece — the image of the Divine expressing itself through infinite diversity.
Your role is sacred: to recognise your piece, honour others’ pieces, and help “glue” the fragmented parts of humanity back together through love, understanding, and presence.
In doing so, you become a living bridge between Heaven and Earth — a master creator of the New Earth reality.
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________
🌏 The Call of the New Earth
The New Earth is not a distant destination — it is a frequency we are co-creating through our consciousness now.
Every thought aligned with unity, every act born of love, and every moment of awareness contributes to the collective shift already underway.
So, pause and ask yourself:
🌏 What kind of Earth am I helping to birth through my daily energy?
🌏 What frequency do I contribute to the collective field — fear or love, separation or unity?
Each choice sends ripples through the web of creation. The more of us who choose love — steadfastly, consciously, and courageously — the faster the illusion of division will dissolve, and the light of the New Earth will emerge from within us.
Remember, this awakening does not begin in governments, systems, or institutions — it begins in the sanctuary of the human heart.
When one heart heals, the entire planetary field brightens.
When one person chooses peace, the collective frequency rises.
When one person chooses compassion and understanding, ripples of healing move outward — softening hearts, bridging divides, and reminding the world of its shared humanity.
Because the truth is — the New Earth will only emerge if we want it enough.
To truly want it means:
to change,
to awaken,
to take radical responsibility for how we live, think, and love.

You are that bridge.
You are that light.
You are the healer of separation — anchoring Unity Consciousness, one breath, one choice, one loving act at a time.
If this message touched your heart, carry it forward — share it, live it, breathe it.
🌏🕊️ Together, we anchor Unity Consciousness and co-create the New Earth. 🌏🕊️
This transmission was created and dedicated in love, gratitude, and as a heartfelt apology to Mother Earth and all members of her Kingdoms — the Animal, Plant, and Mineral realms who have long sustained us with unconditional love, grace and patience. May it serve as a bridge of healing, remembrance, and renewal for all beings.
In love, peace and unity, 💛
Adele.
